The name of our union is Rampal. It is in the district of Bagerhat. It is an old union. The people of our village are simple and honest. They live in peace and happiness. The most of the people in our union are farmer and fisherman. They cultivate the “White gold” shrimp. The main business in our union is fish business. There are many ponds in our union. The coconut trees are the main tree in our union. Most of the houses are made by tin, some are paka and some are kacha. The kacha houses are made by Golpata. We are proud that we live in such an ideal village.
