Banglades is a country of red and green. At the east of this country under the bank of Modumotoi river Tungipara upzilla was built. In the middle of his chest has the Badhia river's wave of crow's eyes clear water. It has the source of many types of fish in Borni. It has many Open field for cultivating many types of agricultural product. But all of above it has two roses- One of it is political and another is religion. In here there is the grave of our father of nation Bongubondu Shakh Mujibur Rahaman and his birthplace and the grave of Maulana Samsul Haq Foridpuri and the madrasha that was built by him. It has only 127.25 sqare km. The name of Tungipara was came from old history- it was heard that some muslim people was came here to live by bulding tong from other country and after that from that tong it's name is Tungipara. At the north of Tungipara upzilla there has Gopalgonj sodor ,at south and west has Modumoti river. Main occupation of this people is agriculture. But employer and businessmen is not so little. But peoples commercially atonicity is not good. Because for political retaliation Tungipara is so helpless. For this people living here has no good job to do.
