Assistant Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of project tasks and activities
- Handle financial aspects and accounting for the projects
- Promotional and social activities related to the project
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline related to Management or Business Administration or Social Science (flexible in case of relevant experience)
Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years in relevant position
Quality/Additional Requirement:
- Knowledge and experience in project coordination
- Working knowledge of financial management and budgetary practices
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office specially with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organizational and time management skills
- Working experience in a community development environment (preferable)
- Analytical ability
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in both Bangla and English (written and oral)
- Capability to live and work temporarily in remote communities and/or challenging environments as per project requirement
Job Level: Lower mid level
Salary Range: Negotiable depending on experience and skill level
Job Location: Dhaka (visiting project sites throughout the country)
