The name of our union is Chak Mirpur. It is under the upazila of Daulatpur under the District of Manikganj. The union is situated at the south of Tangail. The nearer unions are Khalshi union at the west, Poyla is at the south and Shingjuri is at the east at the Daulatpur upazila in the district of Manikganj. The area of the union is  5203 akor.
