The name of our Union is Jagadishpur. It is a Union of Madhabpur Upazila in the District of Habigonj.Dhaka-Shylet Highway Road cross  by this Union. Total Area of the Union 5871 akor. Total population of the Union is 23,751, according to the BBS statistics 2001. The people of our village lead very simple life. There is no political or any other harassment in our village.
